Scott Ross

Scott is an entrepreneur, executive, and leadership guru with more than 30 years of leadership experience.

Throughout his career, Scott has consulted with and optimized some of the largest businesses in the world including DHL, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Best Buy, Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, Wal-Mart, The New York Stock Exchange, and more.

Scott started his first company at age 13 and has been an entrepreneur ever since. He officially began his leadership career in the United States Army, serving as a counter-intelligence agent. After the military, Scott went into the enterprise software industry with i2 Technologies, where he helped pioneer the discipline that became known as Supply Chain Management. Scott was quickly promoted into management with the company overseeing the mid-market sales vertical for the company.

Scott went on to be a co-founder of JP Mobile, a software company that invented one of the first mobility gateways in the world, delivering enterprise data and email to mobile devices.

From there Scott became an executive for European software company Axway, building their first-ever American operation and helping grow it into a $300 million business.

Scott became involved in the direct sales industry as an independent representative for a large travel company, rising to the highest rank in the company and traveling around the world training hundreds of thousands of people. Scott spent 10 years in the field as an independent rep.

Scott is a founding member of the John Maxwell speaking and coaching team. Scott’s leadership podcast is one of the highest-rated business podcasts in the world.

Scott’s passion is Biblical discipleship. He has been discipling for 25 years, and currently has more than 3000 people going through his online program. Scott is very active in his local church, teaching twice a week.

Scott has been married to his wife Sheila for 26 years and they have 4 children.
